Very happy with this collar, quite high quality construction and effortless integration with the fi module. Will definitely be ordering another as my puppy grows out of this one.
I like the collar The only problem is I believe your measurement chart is wrong. My measurement was a 13 around her neck so I went with the 12 to 14 the collar is very tight around her neck leaves no room for growing. She has already grown out of it. I’ve only had it two weeks, I need to order new one
10/10! The quality of the collar is excellent and the customization is well printed. I had to unexpectedly change my address a week after ordering. It was customized so it took an appropriate time to process my order and I reached out to see if they could change the address in time. The customer support was excellent and went above and beyond to make this change happen for me. I will be buying many more products! Great quality and great experience!
