Great collar for for ordinary dogs, My 2 cattle dogs are high energy and play very hard. The puppy has damaged the collar worn by her sister by grabbing it and pulling her around. The material began to fray and nylon strings shreaded out, I used a lighter to sear these threads and mitigate any further fraying. There have been no punctures thru the collar itself, Yet ! > Only time will tell Overall I would have given 5 stars but single row stitching and the fraying could be worrisome in the future....
It fit perfectly, was easy to put her fi tracker on, and the color was bright and just what we expected. I was a little put off by the plastic buckle as the last collar I had used a metal clasp, but so far it has worked great. Time will tell on how it lasts, but my dog smells so much better with this collar. No more nylon stink. And customer service couldn’t have been more accommodating of my questions and user error on picking the right collar the first time.
Really, give it a shot. I’m so glad we have this for her now.
I ordered the Fi ready collar that accommodates the series 3. Great quality materials and craftsmanship. Fits the Fi tracker with no issues. No complaints. Recommend.
Great alternative to the Fi collars, particularly if your dog is a swimmer. More pliable than some other water/smell proof collars. Color is highly visable and hardward is solid. Buying another collar as a replacement for my other dog, who does not wander and has a non-Fi collar.
